Mr. Chan Chang How passed away / 陈长豪病逝
Singapore watercolorist Mr. Chan Chang How passed away on 21 Oct 2016. Mr. Chan, a long time friend of NSAS, participated many of our activities and exhibitions. His passed away is a great loss of NSAS.
