Mr. Sia Boon Chuan conferred an award / 谢文川先生获奖

The CMWA conferred an Artistic Contribution Award to Mr. Sia Boon Chuan for his contribution to the association and the development of watercolour paintings in Malaysia.
2013年12月25日，马来西亚现代水彩画家协会在该会年展开幕礼上颁“艺术贡献奖”给谢文川先生，表扬他对该会与推动水彩画的贡献。

Dr. Foo Yong Kong, the guest of honour, presented the award to Mr. Sia (right). At the left is Richard Wong, president of CMWA.
